History
Peachtree Corners was originally a quiet farming community that became a hub for technology and innovation after the establishment of Technology Park Atlanta in 1967. Before this, the area was known as Pinckneyville in the early 1800s, but the railroad's arrival in the neighboring town of Norcross caused Pinckneyville's population to decline, returning it to a rural area.
